Are your flamenco shoes made in Spain?

Yes, all our flamenco shoes are handmade in Spain.

Can I custom order flamenco shoes?

Yes, email us at info@pureflamenco.com for any custom order inquiry or click on the Custom Order tab to start a custom order.

There is an item listed as available in one size only, do you carry other sizes?

We carry all sizes in shoes, skirts and tops, but we may only have one size in stock of each style. If you see anything you like that is not in your size, contact us and we can order it for you.

What is a waitlist?

If an item is out-of-stock, we provide a waitlist for you to join if you are interested. That way, we know to hurry up and re-stock on those items. You will receive an email as soon as the item is back in stock.

How long do custom orders take?

Custom orders for skirts take 1-2 weeks. Custom orders for tops take 4-5 weeks. Custom orders for shoes take 6-8 weeks for Menkes and 8-16 weeks for Begoña Cervera. Custom order for flecos take 3-4 weeks.

What does it mean that a product is “available on backorder”?

This means that the product is currently not in stock and will be made to order. Expected shipping time is listed in the product description.

When will my order ship?

All products listed in the store are in stock and will ship 2-5 business days after you place your order. When express shipping is selected at checkout, your order will ship the next business day. If for some reason we are out of stock of any item in your order, we will contact you via email.

If your order contains a backordered or custom item, your order will ship when that item is ready. Products in one single order will not ship separately. If you wish to have items in-stock immediately, please place a separate order for items in-stock and custom/backordered items.

During Holidays, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, orders will be shipped 7-10 business days after you place your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to France, Puerto Rico, Japan, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Mexico and almost all of Latin America via USPS. For International orders, buyer is 100% responsible for any customs/duty fees.

Do you have any locations?

No, currently we only sale online.

What is your return policy?

NEW and UNWORN shoes, skirts and tops with the original receipt, tags and packaging may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Determination of item’s unused condition rests solely with The Pure Flamenco Store. At the latest, product to be exchanged must be dropped at your local USPS office on the 7th day after your received your order. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

We do not offer exchanges, you will have to return and then purchase your new item.

For all other items, all sales are final, including the following: flecos, totes, fans, flowers, mantones, mantoncillos, earrings, peinetas, castanets, castanet cases and all custom orders (including shoes, skirts, tops).
